Established in 1971, Second Chance, Inc. is a non-profit,community based counseling and recovery center.  Our target population is the Tri-Cities (Fremont, Newark, Union City) and the Eden area, but we actually see people from throughout Alameda County and beyond. Over the years we have seen thousands of people for problems related to alcohol and drugs, family problems, homelessness, marital difficulties, suicide, codependency, runaway, finances, legal problems, incorrigible youth, divorce or separation, domestic violence, stress, child abuse, parenting skills, and impulse control....to name just a few.
